What is EUROGEMS purchase process?

a.- We invite you to register in our system and later sign in with the assigned User Name and Password.

b.- Browse our collections and add to your shopping cart freely. You will be able to review your order before finalizing it.

c.- Review your order and even leave it pending for later on if you cannot complete it for any reason.

d.- Confirm your order and review that the shipping name, address and phone numbers are correct.

e.- Review our payment methods and proceed executing your preferred purchasing process.

f.- Depending on your payment method, please allow for 1 to 3 days for clearance. Once this is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with confirmation and delivery options.

How long does a custom jewelry piece takes to create?

It depends on the type of custom jewelry, but the typical frame of time its about 15 working days.

Please have this time in mind when you plan on order a piece of custom jewelry.

Do you have a product catalog?

Our web page shows all the products that we offer. However, we encourage you to contact us with any special requirements as we have factories that produce special requests depending on order size and feasibility.

In addition, we encourage you to follow us via Social media as all new products and collections are featured there first.

Are your prices by the gram or by the unit?

Our collections are only sold by the piece, we do not sell by the gram.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we have a division that serves jewelry stores and major chains in the U.S. and abroad. Please contact us via e-mail [email protected] and we will be glad to accommodate your requests.

What materials do you sell?

Our collections are made of 18Kts and14Kts Italian Yellow, Pink and White Gold.

How do I care for my gold jewelry?

We suggest you follow the simple 3 step secrets to lasting jewelry:

1.- Wear your jewelry after you have put on your creams and perfumes

2.- Clean your pieces with a special jewelry cloth

3.- Store your jewelry in separate pouches or jewelry compartments so it does not scratch or tarnish

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our physical store is in Miami, Florida, a few steps from the International Mall and the Dolphin Mall. We always suggest visiting our virtual showroom beforehand -> www.eurogems.net since you will find absolutely all the collections there and it is very easy to detail the photos, characteristics, and prices of each jewel.

EUROGEMS was formed in year 2000 and since then has steadily gained customers in the United States and abroad. Our experience includes brick and mortar jewelry stores, wholesale trade with clients’ worldwide, representation of innovative brands in new markets and e-commerce development.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card, Afterpay, Affirm, International Wires (fees may apply), U.S. Bank Deposit and Zelle Transfers . Please be aware that funds have to be cleared by the US Bank of Financial Entity before any orders can be prepared or shipped (no exceptions).

What are EUROGEMS shipping methods in the U.S?

Within the U.S., we ship via USPS and UPS and we are happy to include standard shipping (all continental U.S. plus including Puerto Rico and Hawaii). Standard shipping deliveries should arrive within 2-5 days. We are able to accommodate other shipping requirements (faster methods, special delivery procedures, company specific procedures) as negotiated with each customer. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

What is the cost of shipping outside the U.S?

As with domestic orders, International Orders typically ship with 2-4 business days after payment is cleared by the bank or financial entity.

However, international Shipping costs depend heavily on weight and volume. Please refer to the following links to get a sense of the cost of international shipments. Please be especially aware that import duties apply to many jewelry imports. We urge you to contact your customs authority or customs broker to obtain the most up to date information.

All shipping costs must be paid before the merchandise can clear our shipping docs in Miami, Florida (no exceptions).

Please note that we do not charge any extra fee for merchandise preparation or package consignment. Also, please note that we recycle so your packages may be packaged on the exterior with recycled packaging material, which does not affect the product in any manner.

Should I insure my order?

We strongly suggest that you request that your order be insured, as EUROGEMS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our facilities.

What is EUROGEMS’ Exchange Policy?

Online purchases made through www.eurogems.net  are valid for exchange only within 7 days of the shipping date disclosed in the invoice. The shipping address for returns will be available on your invoice and customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs. All merchandise must be in PERFECT condition and returned in the original EUROGEMS wrapping. Please request your exchange by email to [email protected] including your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.

If you require a return within the 7 day period from the date of purchase, all above conditions apply plus a 15% Restoking Fee will be assessed based on the sale price of the merchandise.
